The Artist (Sophia Konnaris)
Sophia cultivates growth, transformational change and innovation as a HR and Employment Law Consultant, Mentor and Coach for Business, Humanitarian and Social Enterprise. She's inspired by making a difference to society with a belief that transformation is centred from within. Cultivating leaders and organisations to become all that they are as catalysts of change.
Bringing a humanistic perspective, she works with a client-centred approach to enabling change in individuals, organisations and society; cultivating leadership, diversity, innovation, talent and performance. She has led humanitarian and development programmes for disaster response, business and diverse global teams through change and transformation.
With international experience across public, private, non-profit and social enterprise sectors, she delivers HR and Employment Law consultancy, coaching, mentoring and organisational change solutions. Her expertise and interests include HR management, performance improvement, change innovation, talent development, equality & diversity, organisational change, systems design, holistic arts, coaching and mentoring.
The expression of insight and transformational arts have been further cultivated throughout her life through creative and holistic approaches, cultural diversity and international travel. Travelling extensively, she's immersed herself in the wisdom and diversity of arts and cultures.
She graduated with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in people management and development, awarded with exceptional service to human resources and people development for over 20 years.

About The Product
All purchasable images have been created to bring the texture of the artwork to digital print, with the aim of maintaining the essence of the original craft.
Printed Images
The standard A4 prints are £15.00 each plus package and postage, purchasable as an A4 unmounted print of the image on 350gsm art print card, cellophane wrapped with corrugated card board packaging.

Downloadable Screensaver Images
The downloadable screensaver images are £8.00 each, delivered by way of secure download links both to your web browser and to your email address upon successful payment completion via PayPal.
The secure links to the downloadable files are valid for 24 hours after purchase and contain one high resolution image in a single zip file. The high resolution image is JPG (RGB colours for screen) with image quality at 300 DPI. The image contains the watermark ©www.theequationoflife.org centred within the image as in the sample images in the website gallery.
