What is a 'higher relationship', and what does it mean? This book attempts to answer that question by depicting, in poignant words and pictures, the journey we can all embark on into the deepest and most private recesses of our human self.

The book rejects long-practised beliefs such as patriarchy which have divided these aspects, leading to feelings of remoteness from our own bodies and psyches and, most disturbingly, a lack of self-love.

The Author (Teresa Konnaris)
Teresa Konnaris is a retired person-centred counsellor and transpersonal therapist. She works with personal development that involves working with the inner journey with the masculine and feminine and the new consciousness this brings.
Her transpersonal work with the masculine and feminine focuses on the unconditional wholeness and oneness of the inner relationship, withdrawing external projections and embodying the soul, working with archetypes and the subconscious.
Symbolic art images reflect the integration of new qualities and perspectives along the inner ascending journey and are helpful tools as an enabler along the way. Connections and connecting, feeling and becoming familiar with, as the old conditioned ways drop away and the new outlooks bring value.
Art, writing, music, poetry and dream reflections are expressions of the inner central organism that seeks wholeness, creativity, harmony and balance. Teresa works with the expressive arts, meditation and inner vision to connect deeply to the images that ascend. She also enjoys sharing her passion for music and rhythm by teaching African and chakra drum rhythms.
